Re: [gopher] GopherVR graphics

I had a similar feeling; in fact, I might get started on the
conversion myself if nobody takes up the challenge. I'm actually
wondering, though, if OpenGL experience is strictly necessary. I
found that the VR world itself is actually pretty nice. It's the
Gopher menu that's kind of ugly. Exactly how tightly integrated are
the VR world and textual Gopher client? If they are only very loosely
integrated I might be able to either step into the shoes of, or find,
a GTK+ developer to code the Gopher client, while Doc Kaiser could
work on the VR world (which is pretty nice, although the mouse control
could be a little bit quicker).
