[gopher] Floodgap back in operation
(Sorry if this is a dupe, I just restored my list membership.)
Floodgap is back in operation from its new server room and (after a very
long delay) a dedicated T1. Veronica will start indexing again as soon as I
have finished verifying all of the other services.
