[gopher] Overbite Chrome

I decided to see if it was possible, and it was!

While Chrome cannot be made to actually *speak* the protocol, it can be
made (with some clever footwork) to forward gopher:// requests onto a proxy.
It might be possible to make it speak the protocol with an NPAPI plugin, but
that's getting a little too crazy for right now.

The extension I whipped up does the following, with a proxy of your choice:

	- Forwards gopher:// URLs you type in the location bar. This will
not work if you are not using one of the default 3 search
engines (you'll see why -- it's slightly evil).
	- Rewrites gopher:// URLs in pages to point to the proxy.

By default it uses the Floodgap proxy, natch, but I also tested it with
gopherproxy.org and it seems to work there also. I'd appreciate seeing how
it works with any gopher proxy you yourself are running, if you are.

Anyway,
