[gopher] The Gopher Statistics Project

I have finished the code and released seven months of data from analysis
of the Public Gopher Proxy traffic, which will now be updated monthly in
an attempt to quantify gopher usage for community advocacy purposes.

Rather than rehash everything up, I'll just let you read about it. I would
appreciate your comments.
