[gopher] bucktooth 0.2.1 is released

bucktooth 0.2.1 is released. This includes one last bugfix for Perl 5.8.x and
a quirk of directory listings where selectors sometimes were not properly
sanitized. Your 0.2 transcript files will work fine with this release. Get it
