Thanks for looking into this issue and filing follow-up against gcc14!

I see that in autopkgtests most tests started passing after the CI
images were rebuilt and only one that remains is
https://ci.debian.net/packages/s/sbuild/testing/amd64/54753954/, which
seems to have unrelated failure:

rules and push type rules apparently can't be combined sensibly:
