Please don't blame APT for packages failing to install. And following
that, please don't blame the kernel package for dkms modules failing to
compile, that's nonsense.

I am reassigning this to nvidia-kernel-dkms. I am not quite sure if you
are _actually_ using nvidia-kernel-dkms or made up your own mess, but
the nvidia driver maintainers should be able to figure that out and it
beats just closing it.
