Bug#1040669: `sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade` on amd64 calls z50-raspi-firmware for kernel upgrade

I was attempting to update and upgrade after a fresh install and noticed that the kernel update called raspi-firmware updates on the amd64 arch.
