Is APT::Update::Post-Invoke-Success undocumented or unsupported?

Hi all,

i just noticed in the source code of apt 2.6.0, that the hook ``APT::Update::Post-Invoke-Success`` exists. But it seems undocumented.
(For example Dpkg::Pre-Install-Pkgs is documented in manpage 5 apt.conf)
From the changelog is seems this hook existed at least since 2008 (apt 0.7.12).

My question is:

1) Is this intentional, because APT::Update::Post-Invoke-Success is some internal thing that should not be used by general users and very well might vanish or substantially change semantics in future versions?

2) The documentation is just missing.

In the second case, i found but a TODO item on my personal list to submit a patch. In the first case of-course not.

thanks for any pointers and have a nice day!

Max
