Not sure why we need a reminder. I have gone ahead and yanked the past
releases though.

While I'm sure someone can write a bot to push new uploads from
unstable, Debian stable and Ubuntu stable series, I do not have
the resources or interest, and support requires you to use the
same python-apt version(s) shipped in the archives alongside their
apt version(s).
