Bug#1029751: apt: please add support for non-free-firmware

Package: apt
Version: 2.5.5
Severity: important

Hi,

While working on debian-installer and debian-cd, I had a look around
in apt-cdrom's source, which led me to file this MR:
  https://salsa.debian.org/apt-team/apt/-/merge_requests/278

It's probably not very useful, or even needed apparently, for the
installer's needs… but looking around a little more, I spotted that
components are hardcoded at least in debian/apt.conf.autoremove and
it would make sense to add support for non-free-firmware there:
 - firmware-linux → non-free-firmware/metapackages
 - firmware-linux-nonfree → non-free-firmware/metapackages
 - firmware-qcom-media → non-free-firmware/oldlibs

At least once those changes reach the archive:
 - https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/firmware-nonfree/-/merge_requests/49

I haven't checked anything below doc/, but some update there might
make sense too.

Cheers,
