Dear Maintainer,
I tried to downgrade the packages of the distribution from a specific date using snapshot, which I did in the past whitout having issue,
with the same setting and since then I did'nt touch anything but now It dont work anymore because apt dont apply the pining correctly in
the preferences file (99unstable)
I tried to comment the default setting in the /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01debian because I thinked may be it was that bypassing the prefs,
but I saw that the only thing that it does is changing the value of the pining in apt policy form 990 to 1000 which is the value in the preference file (99unstable)
of the unstable sources but it apply that value as before(990) to snapshot sources too which is pinned 1001. so when i tried to upgrade it dont work.

If you RTFM, you'll find that (for Package: *) the first stanza that
matches determines the pin of the repository, hence the last stanza
only applies to snapshots of releases other than stable, testing,
unstable.
