Somehow I missed the deprecation of v2 entirely… The README says itself that it is probably not current and points to the onion overviews for Debian and Tor Project, but I will see if I can update it anyhow and propose it for bullseye as risks are non-existent with his type of package, although I feel sad already for annoying the Release Team with this… Implementing a hint in apt on connection fail is out of question though and by the time we unfreeze users will have moved from v2 to v3 already, so even for unstable there isn't much point in that direction I guess.
