Please add red/yellow colour highlighting to the 'E'/'W' prefixex
respectively output for errors/warnings respectively. (UX improvement).

This would not only benefit direct use of apt binaries, but also be
beneficial when used in scripting, such as with live-build where a
warnign could be hidden in the middle of a great deal more output that
with direct use.
