Dear Maintainer,

As unattended-upgrades updated python (between 06:27:18 and 06:28:21),
the output behaviour of apt-listchanges changed in the subsequent run
(starting 06:28:21):

I reported a similar bug in debsecan just now (don't have the number of
it yet) but insofar this doesn't cause an email to be triggered to me
every 10 minutes, I'm filing this one as "low."

—please let me know if you need any further information!

yes. also it's not a bug anyway, it was a temporary workaround
in 1.8.y to ignore that warning, while it was fixed in 1.9.1
back in December, as the change was not suitable to make for 1.8.y.

See #944091 for more details.
