python-apt Build-Depends on the pep8 transitional package, which has
already been removed (see #940736). This makes python-apt unbuildable
in unstable. Please build-depend on pycodestyle instead, and if necessary
update any build scripts that run the 'pep8' executable so they run
'pycodestyle' instead.
The version in experimental appears to have fixed this already.
