Hello, 

I wanted to ask an apt question. 

Is there an easy way to run apt upgrade and exclude kernel upgrades without having to go through hold for each pkg? 

If not, then perhaps a feature request for such a thing may be appropriate. Something like below that would automatically exclude kernel upgrades but include everything else?

$ apt upgrade 

$ apt dist-upgrade

$ apt nokernel-upgrade?
