Bug#921115: the apt-file README.md.gz links to wordpress blog posts which are not publicly viewable

That's just a matter of s#juliank.wordpress.com#blog.jak-linux.org#
- unfortunately wordpress does not allow you to setup redirects, otherwise
they'd be there (unless you pay a _lot_ of money for their premium offerings,
then you can).
