This can't be included in the logfile as the term.log file is managed by libapt which has no idea what an application might (or might not) print to the terminal before its called. And even if, logging the output of -qq would be probably as pointless as logging the output e.g. synaptics produces on the console. The information you seem to desire about which packages are installed/ removed/upgraded and from/to which version is available in /var/log/apt/history.log btw in a predictable format – again for all applications using libapt. We have at the moment no dedicated tool parsing this logfile; its on the list, but not particularily high so if you or someone else is interested… Closing this bugreport as as explained we can't really extend the logging in term.log as requested and (I think) an acceptable alternative exists.
