The NAME explictly states that it is a configuration *query* tool:
  msgstr "APT-Konfigurationsabfrageprogramm"
and the description just gives you two query commands, so everything
is explicitly stated.

If you just read the first DESCRIPTION line without reading the NAME,
that's weird, but please read the NAME field - it'S there for a reason.

Closing.
