mdz mentioned 'apt-cache madison' on IRC today, but it isn't mentioned
in the output of 'apt-cache --help'. The madison option is mentioned in
the manpage though.

APT nowadays mentions in help messages that its only listing the most
used commands, and that more information can be found in the manpage,
so I think it's time to close this bug.
