Do you have a dpkg.log from the incident and can you reproduce it? We're trying to figure
out if it's a bug in APT or in dpkg.

Also, does libpipeline1_1.4.1-2_amd64.deb really contain libpipeline1 and if you
can reproduce it, does downgrading dpkg and/or libapt-pkg5.0 help?
