I have no problem with contributions being attributed to a name the contributor picks regardless of it being a name entities like a state have on file as "official" or not, but this name looks more like it is interpolated from the mail address than chosen, so some confirmation if that is the name by which you want to be referred to would be nice. > Version: 0.9.7.6 I was a tiny bit scared by that, but the file is actually against a recent version, not against that one. :) [need to figure out how these version indicators in the po files can be updated]. > I attach the Catalan (ca) translation for po://apt/po/ca.po THANKS! The Catalan translation was updated last in 2012, so I am inclined to accept it as is, but while skipping over it (disclaimer: I know nothing about the language) I had some questions: 1) Your file had 'dos' linebreaks – I converted this to 'unix' as the old version had these (so the diff is usuable) and it's also more usual :) [Your editor might have a setting somewhere to that effect] 2) Your translation file has no plural strings anymore. The last translations had them and the header still indicates that there should be plurals. Did the plural get dropped here accidently somehow maybe? 3) I see this change some times: -"El paquet %lu es va instaŀlar automàticament i ja no és necessari:\n" +"El paquet %lu es va instal·lar automàticament i ja no és necessari:\n" aka: "ŀl" changed to "l·l". Is that intended? Attached is the file (compressed) as it came out of our 'make update-po' which additionally re-wrapped some lines, so you can see what I mean with the plurals (which end up being marked as fuzzy) and co.
