Yes. The following should do it, but see the sources.list(5) manpage
(from the experimental version of course) for details.

deb [check-valid-until=no] http://example.org/debian …

Note that apt versions not supporting this option will simply ignore it.
Having options is relatively "new" (squeeze), but even apt versions
before that parsed (and ignored) the []-options.
