On a chance I went to see the list and came across this comment by
josh triplett

Could you explain what is the unpack command and where/how do you use it ?

There have been times when a package is not been seen by apt when
updating index or do not have network connectivity and have to
download packages via sneakernet (i.e. another machine and usb-drives
and all) and try to install and if it fails to purge it and get
whatever dependant packages it shouts about with specific versions and
when that is done it installs smoothly.

@Josh could you help explain ?
