So this is actually an APT bug? Indeed, if I try to build libcdio with
"Multi-Arch: foobar" instead "Multi-Arch: no", dpkg-deb bails out.
Hence reassigning.
Thanks for pointing this out!
Will also close the just file lintian feature request (#759101) again.
