Hi,

I forgot to mention something: my last patch also supports "apt-get source
--build -P stage1 hello" by calling dpkg-buildpackage with its -P argument.
Therefore, the dpkg dependeny of apt in debian/control has to be made a
versioned dependency on dpkg-dev (>= 1.17.2).
