Bug#736710: apt: sources.list(5) manpage: confusing RFC-822 format documentation

The sources.lists(5) manpage documents the RFC-822 format, but it 
doesn't say that it is disabled by default, and you have to enable it 
manually. Either the fact that RFC-822 is disabled by default should be 
documented, or the format should not be documented at all.
