Hi,

APT shouldn't be sending "connection: keep-alive" headers even when it 
thinkins it is not using a proxy. Even if done selectively it can cause 
problems. More info in the link added as a comment to the commit.

(as a side effect, the enconding fixe/workaround of a few releases ago is now 
also applied when using a proxy.)

and the fix-up for the proxy regression in 0.9.9.4.
