I am sorry to hear that. We had a bunch of these problems while preparing
for the debian release and I hoped a bit that we would have weeded out all
of them, seems like we haven't. There are numerous problems leading up to
the same error message, so its a bit hard to give one size-fits-all solutions,
but some maybes which worked in the past:

Have you:
- read the (upgrade) release notes? They mention a few tips.
- disabled third-party repositories?
- tried what the error message says in the second sentence?
aka: calling APT with -o APT::Immediate-Configure=0
- tried incremental upgrades aka first doing a 'apt-get upgrade'
- tried to upgrade specific packages first (e.g. apt)
- still the squeeze-release sources in your sources.list?
If so, disable it, if not, enable it.

I will close this bug as there is nothing we can do about it anymore
(fixing this exact problem opens two new similar ones for someone else
and requires changes we aren't allowed to make in a release either way),
but please feel free to ask further here if nothing helped from the list
above.

You might also want to contact a debian-user mailinglist, which are available
in different languages, as they are the usual support channel.

Best regards

David Kalnischkies
