Sir actually I am getting the error when I am in rescue mode and while operating any DE I am able to change debconf frontend by simply issuing the command dpkg-reconfigure debconf. Sorry I have made lot of nuisance but I am afraiding if the system is broken for any reason then there is no chance of recovering the system so I am requesting is there any other way to resolve a broken system.
