Bug#689519: libapt-pkg4.12: SIGSEGV when used by apt-get or aptitude
Package: libapt-pkg4.12
Followup-For: Bug #689519
Dear Maintainer,
the same bug occurred when running "apt-get update" or "aptitude update" -
strangely this happens since 4. Oct, but today the update works again (without
having done any update by dpkg).
Maybe there was a underlying problem with an archive or decompression (or
Acquire::CompressionTypes::Order @ apt.conf)*? But on the other hand, a similar
installation had no problems...
FYI
Matthias
