Bug#673647: apt-ftparchive: Include Contents files in Release file

Package: apt-utils
Version: 0.9.3
Severity: normal

apt-ftparchive currently does not include the Contents files in
the Release files, causing them to not be trustable. Should
probably be added. If no one else wants to look at it, I might
look at this tomorrow.
