Bug#662948: apt: most recent upgrade corrupts /usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-removed-keys.gpg

I can confirm that on my debian wheezy system the upgrade of apt (from
version 0.8.15.9 to 0.8.15.10) and many other packages has changed
debian-archive-removed-keys.gpg in /usr/share/keyrings/. The old version
has been backuped to debian-archive-removed-keys.gpg~.
