Bug#638918: python-apt NMU in delayed queue
I have prepared a NMU for python-apt and Steve McIntyre has uploaded it
to delayed/2. The NMU backports the testsuite fix from unstable and also
improves debian/rules clean.
A debdiff is attatched.
