binNMUing on some architectures breaks Multi-arch: same

Hi everyone,

it seems that libffi5 received a binNMU on armhf. As libffi5 is
marked Multi-arch: same, it is now not possible to have the armhf
version installed on an amd64 system, as the armhf version has a
binNMU and the amd64 one does not have one.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libffi5 : Breaks: libffi5:armhf (!= 3.0.10-3) but 3.0.10-3+b1 is to be installed
 libffi5:armhf : Breaks: libffi5 (!= 3.0.10-3+b1) but 3.0.10-3 is to be installed

The problem is obviously that as soon as a package is Multi-arch: same, it must
have the same version numbers on all architectures, and cannot be binNMUed on a
subset of the supported architectures only.

I have CCed deity@l.d.o to let some others now about this email. I'm not subscribed
to -release, but to deity, so please have me and/or deity in To or CC.
