Tagged unreproducible for more than a year now,
no comment since then and more time properly doesn't
help debugging/fixing it.
Also, given that ordering code was changed quiet a bit
in the meantime it is not unlikely that even such a situation
could now be handled.
I am therefore closing this bug now, but if it reappears,
is reproducible or if you "just" want to prove me wrong:
Feel free to reopen it!
