Package: apt Version: 0.8.13.2 I have an autobuilder that creates debirf images nightly from a non-privileged user. This means that it calls "debootstrap --variant=fakechroot" while under a fakeroot fakechroot invocation. Today, on the amd64 unstable autobuilder, i get nasty failures when i try to run "apt-get update" in this context. an example crash log is attached. Yesterday's build (which i believe used apt 0.8.13.1) completed successfully. I'm happy to provide more context if you like, or to run other tests.
