The files
/var/lib/dpkg/status (records of all packages you have installed)
/var/lib/apt/extended_states (records of which packages were auto-installed)
would be useful. Could you attach them to the bug?
Or, if you like you can also send them to me privately as its data
which most people prefer to keep not world-readable.
