Bug#602094: apt_preferences man page could use some love from a native English speaker

I was reading the man page for apt_preferences and I noticed several gramatical
mistakes in one of the paragraphs.  This is how I would correct it.  (The diff
is against the version currently in sid.)

< APT will not questioning the preferences so wrong settings will therefore
