Package: apt
Version: 0.6.46.4-0.1
Severity: normal

When the last security advisory came out, I recompiled the mysql
package, as I always do, because I need to apply a custom patch.

I ran the usual apt-get build-dep, apt-get source, applied my patch,
./debian/rules binary, dpkg -i.

Now both apt-get and aptitude keep wanting to install the (unpatched)
package from the security repository, even if I have the same version
custom built and installed. Aptitude for example says:

mysql-server-5.0 could be upgraded to version 5.0.32-7etch6,
but it is being held at version 5.0.32-7etch6.

Notice how the version number is exactly the same.
