Bug#574939: apt_preferences(5): effect of ", " in "Pin: release a=stable, v=3.0" undocumented

At the end of the "The Effect of APT Preferences" paragraph we have
a comparable example which is described with:
> <simpara>The following record assigns a high priority to all package versions
> belonging to any release whose Archive name is "<literal>stable</literal>"
> and whose release Version number is "<literal>3.0</literal>".</simpara>

So yes, the "," is really an "and" in the pin-sense. You can observe this also
in the output of "apt-cache policy" without any package which can come in
handy to find out what you need to specify to pin a certain repository.

Do you think this example is enough or should we add a little note about it?
And do you have any suggestions on the note itself and/or at which place?
