Please add explicit directory name to apt.conf(5), otherwise nobody will
find that this directory can be used. Especially when people use search
commands on manual pages (not external files).

If apt-get(1) supports it, it would be good if admin would notice that
there is no more need to write monolithic /etc/apt/preferences.
