Package: apt
Version: apt 0.5.9 for linux i386 compiled on Aug 10 2003 19:57:57

when i invoke apt-get source bash=2.05b-9.1, apt-get exit with error
message:
E: Unable to find a source package for bash

i tried it with some other packages too and it seems like the error occures
when letter character is in version (like 2.05b-9.1 or 3.3.2-0pre2). I used the
version values from dselect.

bye

Version: 0.7.22

Thanks for the initial reports and the reminder!

It is not listed in the changelog, but the bzr log indicates
in rev 1561.1.68 that the fix is included since 0.7.22.

A quicktest also suggests that the issue is fixed now so
i close these bugreports - if you think this is wrong, please
feel free to (re)reopen these bugreports.

Best regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
