That's right, command hasn't done anything, that fact is represented by zeroes in
statistics. There is the point - print statistics always after install/remove operations.

Generally speaking, there was no some bad errors during apt's run. And I don't think that
apt or gcc or make are definitely bad examples. It's discussible, though.

This is not true. Quiet bug address is 168465-quiet@. All our discussions are sent
to 168465@, so other developers received them too.
