Dear apt manteiner,
I used synaptic for a while, but now I want to use apt through the command 
line.
Synaptic had a useful feature.
In the status view, it shows the uninstalled packages that wasn't in the 
repositories at the previous update.
Can I obtain a similar result through the command line?
