Bug#448743: apt: Add "remove-build-dep" action
Package: apt
Version: 0.7.8
Severity: wishlist

Having an action which automatically removes all packages which were installed
by invoking the "build-dep" action would be very useful.
Most of the time I need to install some packages only to satisfy the
build-dependencies of a package I want to build; I remove all those packages
again right after the building process. Now if I miss to keep track of which
packages were installed, I have to dig in /var/log/dpkg.log to get rid of them
again.
An action called "remove-build-dep" (or similar) could do all this. It could
either be invoked with a source package’s name to only remove the
build-dependencies of this package or without to remove all packages installed
by "build-dep".
Please consider adding such an action.
