I just discovered that, along months, I forgot adding Arabic, Dzongkha, Khmer, Marathi, Nepali....and Thai to po/LINGUAS. Sorry for this. Some better designed gettext infrastructure use makefiles that auto-detect new PO files and do not need the 20th-century trick of LINGUAS. Something should probably be done for apt....as I will very probably forget again in the future.
