Bug#432913: apt segfaults when reading package list (update)

I just need to use "apt-get upgrade" instead of "apt-get update".
Now the strace is _much_ littler (25 KB instead of 11 MB uncompressed) 
and can be attached!

Attached is gdb output (with backtrace) and strace output.

gdb apt-get
run upgrade
bt
c
q

strace -f -F -s 1024 -o apt_strace2 apt-get upgrade

Please help me because I can no more update my debian system! (Neither 
install/remove packages).
