Hmm I take this back. I think I was of the impression that apt-get install foo
didn't take pinning into account, but of course it does..

It would still be useful to be able to specify extra arguments for conflict
resolution, as in apt-get dist-upgrade [package-with-broken-dependencies]-.
This could be used to avoid removing the "wrong" packages.
It could also allow apt-get dist-upgrade sed/experimental.
